Has anyone ever swam or snorkeled in the Blue Hole in Wimberley, TX? It’s a part of Cypress Creek that gets pretty deep for a river, about 13 feet...and it’s said to be very clear and cold. Might even be fun to scuba dive in if there are fish to check out or cool bottom structure.

Greg,

It has been many years since I swam there. It is not really very large but it is fun. The water was cold - about 70 - vis was excellent. I don’t recall aquatic life as we were to busy on the rope swing. I was thinking about Blue Hole a few days ago - it might be time to take a trip.
