 Instructors/certification in Northwest Los Angeles or Ventura counties

My wife and I are looking to get dive certified and have been doing research trying to find great local instructors. It seems as when we go into a facility is just one shop promoting theirs and taking negative of another. Does anyone know of a great cert program or instructor in Ventura County or Malibu area?

Go just over the hill to Hollywoodivers. You won’t regret it. Your class will most likely be taught by Nikki or Hal. Both are great. I did all of my training with them after checking out many other classes. They do their pool session in Van Nuys. Their ocean dives are all done at Casino Point, which has the advantage of always favorable conditions. I’ve heard too many horror stories about classes in Redondo or Laguna in conditions not so favorable. With HD you go for the weekend and get all your classes done at one time. It’s great!!
