 information needed for Lower Keys for late March 2014

My fiancé, her two teenage boys and I, are going to be in the lower keys, Saddlebunch Key, from March 25-30. We are all open water certified divers. We were hoping to do some diving and bug hunting. Was looking for recommendations on renting a boat and where to go diving. Thanks for all your responses in advance.
