 I want to dive Izu Peninsula (Tokyo) in May - Please help

I am going to Tokyo for work in mid may. I want to try and get a dive in at Izu Peninsula. I have never been to Japan and do nit speak or read Japanese. So far I have had no luck contacting shops in Tokyo that are english speaking.

Are any of you in the area?

I haven’t dove with them yet, but checked them out. They have a FB page also. Seem like a friendly bunch and it looks like their business is a lot for non-Japanese.
