Raised minutes from Jones beach on Long Island- New York. It wasn´t until I moved to the desert of Arizona that I bacame a diver.

Although I tried scuba a couple of times in my early twenties 

I really started diving at 44 years of age and was OW certified March of 2007 .

My last dive was logged on April 27th 2013.

I dive locally at Lake Pleasant year round but prefer trips to tropical locations.

I have dived Lakes Mohave, Canyon, Saguaro and Pleasant in Arizona. Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, Huatulco, San Carlos and Cancun Mexico. The islands of Bora Bora in Tahiti and Aruba, Catalina California and also Fort Lauderdale Florida.

As a diver I believe in continued education.

I´m always continuing my SCUBA education by taking specialties.

Certified VIP Tank Inspector

AUP Open Circuit Technician

I completed my PADI Instructor’s Exam November 20th 2011.

I’m looking forward to passing the passion of diving to others.

Where did you take your IDC and how did you find the course? RAWalker - 2/18/2013 2:20 PM I’ve done all m training in my home state of Arizona. Surprizingly there is a healthy scuba community and many dive shops here in the desert. PADI sends an examine out this way a few times a year and the IE is given at a local pool and then taken to Lake Pleasant for final checkout dives. IE dates and locations are posted on PADI’s pro website. My IDC Course Director came highly recommended although there were a number of Course Directors in my area I chose one that was from out of town but regularly spent time visiting here. His name is Patrick Hammer and he is a PADI Platinum Course Director.
