How it fits is more important than what brand it is. When we were shopping for a wetsuit for my daughter we ended up with a brand that wasn’t even on my radar. Three of my suits are or have been Henderson if you are looking for a brand to start with.
The other thing is wetsuit sizing is not like the rest of your clothes :( I still haven’t figured out why a Medium BC fits over a large wetsuit!
This is one of those things you are better off buying from your local dive shop and not online until you figure out your sizing.
Also don’t be tempted to save a few bucks buying a wetsuit from a surf shop. They are not cut the same and don’t have seals because a surfer wants the suit to drain when he gets up on the board.
I’m not sure why you don’t think you’ll have it long. I use each suit 30-40 times a year and two of mine are about 10 years old. soak them after every dive. Don’t leave them out in the sun to dry or throw them in the dryer and they’ll last a long time, the zipper maybe not :( Back pull zippers are easier to breath in but harder to zip however this a sport where a total stranger will hell you with your zipper :)
