BgDmbRngr - 12/28/2012 8:21 AM Yes under military regulations it is illegal to photocopy a US gov ID or CAC. These incidents are a violation of Title 18, U.S. Code, Part I, Chapter 33, Section 701 and are punishable by fine and/or imprisonment. Copies are only authorized for military or civilian medical providers to use as proof of insurance for medical needs.

SunsetHouse - 12/25/2012 8:38 AM We are just looking for proof prior to coming down, just in case the paperwork or card gets left behind.. Don’t think it is legal to make copies of your passport, but they recommend it.
