It creates space to speak about problems, dispel misgivings, rebut and eliminate stress and as a result, to reduce discomfort, anxiousness and fear.
PADI No Fear Diving Distinctive Specialty Course is a scuba dive course and not therapy!
It can however be part of an individual therapy in the Ergo-therapeutic concept of Different Therapy, like every other PADI scuba diving course.
How it Works?!The PADI No Fear Diving Distinctive Specialty Course can be completed over a minimum of 2 days.The first step of the course is a detailed discussion. The focus is to gain a comprehensive overview about your concerns, problems and stressors related to scuba diving.
The second step is to figure out together the personal goals and topics of the dive client and to integrate them into his PADI No Fear Diving Course.
The third step is the development of an individual course plan based on personal needs and wishes of the diver. This includes extensive advice and an explanation of your personal course challenges.
Participants will learn about individual stressors and they will be confronted with them in an adequate, secure, professional and supervised way.
The supervision of diving clients is set up in a very close "frame". Nearly no other dive course offers such a close supervision for diving students.
In general, it´s recommended completing the PADI No Fear Diving Distinctive Specialty Course in a private one to one ratio of Instructor to student. There may be cases when it is interesting to conduct the course in a group setting. In this case the maximum allowed student ratio to the primary instructor is set at 4. This can be increased to 5 or 6 students as long as there is a certified assistant present for each additional student. In no case will the group class hold more than 6 students.
