In addition to my full 5mm wetsuit, I wore a skin too! It was 32 degrees in Chiefland at 8:15 a.m. The high was 57 degrees, and partly cloudy at 4:35 p.m. Needless to say, while I was toasty and warm, I was pretty buoyant, especially given a strong flow and water levels down. Our first dive was in Catfish, and it was beautiful. While I carry a camera and a heavy primary, along with Jet Fins, on our second dive, when we dove Manatee, I shed the light, and couldn’t stay down too well in the more shallow parts. Fun anyway!
