Very pretty dive. Known for Flag Rock, White Horse begins with a shallow swim over a stretch of sand hiding a few skates here and there before opening into a reef of boulders, plants, and lots of little fish and inverts. Beautiful dive, hands down. Parking more difficult, need to drop gear off and park on a side street but makes for less crowding underwater, just watch for fishing boats.
