During the spring and summer there is fishing and there is boating traffic, BRING your flag, Some large fish have been seen underwater, There is a boat landing and you can shore or boat dive it. There is plenty of parking areas and a nice area for a picnic. Visibility lessens with high boat usage as the bottom silt gets stirred up, Local rumor has it that there is a steam shovel in a deep area that was abandoned during the making of the lake
