You can access this area through a dive shop named ScubaCamp in Tongyeong. The boat they use from the dive resort is very nice. Tanks are provided and most dives are 3 tanks due to the 1 hour boat excursion to the dive sites.
The boat ride was almost as good as the diving. You will cruise through hundreds of small islands with rock faces and topped with green trees. Water is very blue.
