I went scuba diving here on 3/7/2017. Average viz: 21-25ft/6-8m. Water temp: 76-80°F/24-27°C.
The sees were rough so the ship cancelled the scheduled dives while we were in St. Maarten. I found a dive shop and scheduled a 1 tank dive but they said it would be a shallow dive because of the conditions. I went out with a snorkeling trip to Divi Little Bay. The visibility was only about 25’ but it was a fun dive. We went all over the area and found the area where the Sea Trek Helmet Diving was being done. They have a Bell Jet Ranger and a couple of boats along the path for the Helmet divers to see. I would like to spend more time here when the conditions were better.
