Foggy,
After rinsing with your favorite liquid, swirl and rinse. Then keep a little water in the mask (open side up friend) until you are ready to place your mask to your face, spill the water out, place on face, pull strap over head, ensure seal...hood out from under mask. Then the most important step DO NOT break that seal until dive is complete or your mask will fog.
