	Me!!!!! Yes, it finally happened! It’s official! Just today in the Bahamas!! No easy feat for someone like me who was never in the deep end of a swimming pool until 2 summers ago. It was tough but I got through it. Next Peak Performance Buoyancy!!

Hi Becky, Thanks!! Unfortunately the weather in Nassau was not cooperating. It was cloudy, mid 70’s, windy and the water was very choppy, making my cert. very difficult. I barely got through it. But I did!! It’s been a long year of buying equipment and doing extra pool sessions.

Now Dive Local and Dive often. Yeah cold takes a little bit of getting use to, but it will really help improve your skills.

Dutch Springs is a great local quary in Bethlehem Pa. I’m sure your local dive shop knows of it. dutchsprings.com. But I would start by renting cold water gear to make sure you want to do it. There is a buddy finder on their web page or you could team up with us some time.
