[Choose #4] Since I am the regulator repair tech, I service mine whenever there is a problem. Very rarely do regulators just suddenly give out. Most of the time it starts with a very slight leak, that gets progressively worse.

[Choose #1] once a year regardless of use.
[Choose #1] It’s worth it.
[Choose #1] serviced -once a year - i may start having them inspected during the year if i dive more often!
[Choose #3] I have multiple reg sets and I have them inspected on a rotating basis about every 3 years or so. Wings - almost never. I inspect my tanks yearly and the valves every 3 or 4 years.
[Choose #1] mine are old, but good workhorses, so every year
[Choose #1] Once a year !!!
[Choose #4] Having been diving since 1958 and still diving, I service and repair my own gear. Never had a failure or problem
[Choose #1] I’ve seen a sherwood is stage that was serviced two years ago and it feel apart. And the strangest thing was it was soaking in a tub of water after every dive.
[Choose #2] I own atomics and its only required every 2 years. I also dive with a pony.
[Choose #1] bought Mares Abyss new, so the parts being free I can service them for the same price as I would pay every other year paying for parts. I’m paying $50.00 for the complete regulator set first, and second stages and octo. MY life 4 $100 with the pony

[Choose #1] O-rings dry out and can cause failure without warning. Any green on any part of your reg, expecially on the filter should tell you that you need a service. Green on the filter says you have introduced salt water into your HP chamber. Not safe.
[Choose #4] When I feel it is nesessary, after 50 dives or 1 very sandy dive.

[Choose #4] whenever they need it, but depends on how much diving I’m doing and/or how dirty the regs get. (amazing how sand gets into them little spaces)
[Choose #1] Besides it sitting fir the winter its required to have it done yearly to dive moody gardens
[Choose #1] for the free parts
[Choose #1] Its what scubapro’s warranty says
[Choose #4] After about 50 hours I do a full service! Just too dangerous not 2!
[Choose #1] The better you maintain you life support, better you life will be supported!
[Choose #2] There are 2 main theories, 1) keep the warranty in place, and 2) Since it cost $125 per service, you can buy a new one in 4 years anyway. Personally, I have seen more problems from freshly serviced regs than ones that are cared for by their owners.

[Choose #4] I service my own as needed. Could be yearly or longer. Disturbing that some go with 5 years. Christo lube can cake and stop lubing after about 100 dives or two years. It is your life...
[Choose #2] just put it in today, but its a new reg.
[Choose #1] Once a yr for warranty purposes but think I could go every 2 yrs depending how much use this yr since I do a good job of leaning/rinsing....
[Choose #1] Every year. I have a couple that require annual for the warranty to remain in effect.
[Choose #2] I do every two years. I only average about 10-15 dives a year and my LDS is ridiculously high on their service, so I choose every other year.
[Choose #4] I go by the amount of dive’s not time. Between 75 and 100 dives on my fresh water reg’s (cleaner water), 50 to 60 dives on salt and mud dive’s. I’ll do a full service, but I disassemble and clean them every 20 or so dives.

[Choose #1] once a yr when diving. When not diving I don’t know if I have to.
[Choose #1] Its cheep insurance... Once a year is safer than a reg failure and spoiling your dive.
[Choose #1] depends on how much diving I am doing. If I am diving a lot then about every six months, if not then once a year.
[Choose #1] Once a year....gotta keep the yearly service interval for the free parts
[Choose #2] Atomic only requires you service their regs every 2 years. One of the reasons I bought them.
[Choose #4] One a year and then in between if something is wrong.
[Choose #1] i will service mine yearly now........
[Choose #2] Every 2 but then I always have a pony bottle + deco on some dives so I have back-ups
[Choose #4] every 5 years only because they are not cheaply made ATX 200 and my pony tank reg also
