Marquesas Reef Line

The Marquesas Keys are ten mangrove islands in shallow waters. Six miles south of the Marquesas Keys in a continuation of the Atlantic reef line which runs east to west called the Marquesas Reef Line. This line contains caves in depths of 30 to 70 feet. Concerns for the occasional diver who visits this site include rip currents and the far distance from shore. Large snapper and grouper are often seen at this location. This is a great site for spearing.
