There are numorous dive sites on the Naval base. Phillips Pier is a relatively easy site that is used by the local dive shop for training dives. It is around 20’ deep near the shore line with small coral heads scattered about on a sandy bottom. There is a larger group of coral heads called Three Fingers on the egde of the bouy line surrounding Phillips Pier.
