A simple shore dive. One added feature for this site is the public parking (for Free) along the beach.
The beach itself is quite rocky but not terrible to gear up on. High Tide can really consume the beach so keep you gear up high of you are there on incoming tide. This is a south facing beach.
A nice sandy beach entry with a moderate surface swim puts close to three strings of rocks run parallel to the beach. If you follow those along to the "reef" (a collection of larger rocks) there are abundant sights to see. Loads of Lobstah, crabs and flounder. Vegetation with the colors of fall. Brilliant greens and reds make this a pleasant dive. If you are a bug hunter you can have pretty good times here despite the large dive activity. There can be lots of divers here at times and classes in the area tend to use this site. but that means lots of local dive knowledge about what to see and where.
In all its an easy place to park kit up and make entry/exit with a nice dive and lots to see.
