Cato’s Bridge is a shore accessible fresh water dive site, located in Jupiter, FL. This dive site has an average rating of 3.50 out of 5 from 2 scuba divers. The maximum depth is 16-20ft/5-6m. The average visibility is 31-35ft/9-11m.
This is not BHB, entry on west side, limited parking, rough entry and short (20 minutes?) dive window! The big concrete blocks that support the bridge have a cave like hole in them where nurse sharks like to sleep so have camera ready :)
No spear fishing within 100’ of bridge. Lot’s of boat traffic so tow a flag and stay out of channel.
Like all inlet dives this needs to be done at slack high tide so check the tide tables and be ready to enter when you can handle the incoming current, this is going to be a short dive.
