Steven’s Bay is named after Don Steven’s, founder of Atlantic Aquasports in Rye, NH. This area has a very rocky and full of crevices where lobster poke their heads out of to watch you pass over. There is lots of vegetation and animal life. We befriended several flounder by feeding them lobster meat from broken parts. Jeanne, my wife, and I moved closer to White Island and found the way in to be very beautiful. Great for photos. There are 2 moorings here. We tied up to one of them rather than anchor. The only stipulation is, give up the mooring if the owner shows up and asks for it.
