bblhed - 6/20/2012 4:56 AM Rating Added: 4 Lots of fish, plenty to see, but in the end the reef is made up of a mix of items that were placed there to save space in a landfill so there is a lot of cement down there. I’m sure this site will look better in a few years when the cement gets covered up and gets a more natural look to it.
