Gerstle Cove at Salt Point State Park



Single Day 2 Tank Dive Trip:
This is to be a morning dive at the beginning of flood and a bounce at the beginning of slack.

I’m going to try this trip again. I have one diver in addition to myself so far. Please let me know if you would like to join us for a dive in this amazing location. Gerstle Cove is a protected marine preserve, so there should be some great opportunities for photographers. Abalone season ends in November, so traffic should be minimal. Winter vis is supposed to be good as long as there is no accompanying storm surge from off coast winter storms.

I have an old map of subtidal and intertidal areas as well as a bathymetric map to give us basic information for a dive plan.
