What is huka?, you ask. It is diving with a surface supplied air system. Simply put, the tank floats on the surface while the diver is free to explore below with an air line that come down to a safe depth of twenty feet. The huka dive will be guided by a padi instructor to insure the divers safety and enjoyment.

Huka Diving is a great way to introduce someone to our sport. Give Huka a try and let your non-certified family and friends see what they are missing. Adventurers as young as 8yr old and anyone without any diving experience can huka dive today. Its a fun way to get the whole family down on the reef together. We also offer scuba and snorkel adventures.

Whatever adventure you are looking for: Further PADI dive training, custom Scuba charter, or just a simple snorkel trip we can make your day one to remember.

What is the official spelling... "huka" or "hooka"? I’ve seen it used both ways before. Also, what type of training do non-certified people go through beforehand? I imagine some basic breathing techniques and mask skills.

Thanks for the 20% off for DiveBuddy members!

" One BIG Happy Family " That statement worries me, I just spent a week with my wifes side in OC Maryland and by the end of the week things were not merry, the little one was tired of everyone telling him what to do, the cousins were getting testy, the sisters were getting testy and the daughters were getting caty. On the drive home it’s a good thing the Tom-tom didn’t try taking us on another senic cruise because my wife was getting ready to rip it out of the dash!

Now if thes hooka’s don’t have mikes that could be 60 minutes of quiet time :)
