[Choose #2] With one caveat, we need to pass legislation allowing civil and criminal charges to be persued against corporate INDIVIDUALS found to be ignoring safety requirements. Now only the stockholders pay even though they are not responsible.

[Choose #2] No, but I would suggest we require the legs of the structure to remain for marine life and/or the entire rig to be converted into a dive platform once the oil is dried up.

[Choose #1] In fact if I had my way we would be building a Water pipeline from East to West and North to south. This way we can distribute water from areas with increased flooding to areas becoming more arid.

[Choose #2] We shouldn’t stop drilling for Oil BUT accountability/safety is key in my opinion. I see it simply, accident recovery should be the responsibility of the company NOT the taxpayers.
