I have tried quite a few masks I have a tough time getting masks to seal well. In addition I don’t like water tickling my nose while I dive. I haven’t used a purge mask since I was youngster snorkeling. I liked them at the time but realized they tend to be problematic. If you get a good seal you may not even need the purge so this is the result you are looking for. Besides this just get real comfortable clearing your mask and the purge becomes unecessary in any event. I also prefer low volume masks and have recently been using a frameless mask. This style tends to be extremely low volume with good vision but a bit more dificult to clear.
