update on our shore dive. location was indian rocks beach and 12th ave, we swam out to the bouy then went down .vis. was no greater than 5 feet although within 100 feet of the bouy we saw about 12 pieces of 36 inch concrete pipe a big grouper and a tarpon that had died. there was no current water was very warm even at our deapest part 20 foot all in all it was a decent dive
