Hi, I dove with Sub Tropic Dive Center a few years back. Great group of true dive professionals. They have a pretty good web site to "scout " them out including a live cam on thier dock so you can see how they work loading and unloading thier boats each day. As far as where to stay, We stayed at Key West Inn. Very nice & affordable.
