If just for the sake of remembering the dive simply ad a note to your log. If for showing experience to dive operators that you go with in the future you a likely out of luck. Many dive operators want to see previous dives in your log "stamped" and signed by a dive master or a dive shop stamp. In June I was in the Bahamas and the dive master at Sandals was willing to ignore about twenty local quarry and New Jersey shore dives because my log was signed by dive buddies or private boat owners, they looked back to the previous year when I dove at one of their other resorts. Believe me, compared to diving the North Atlantic my dog could dive in the Caribbean. So in the future, take your log with you and get it stamped and signed by the dive operator. living in Florida I have no doubt it wont take you long to build up considerable experience.
