Iif you have a torch, you have to carry it in the handluggage, the bulb (if not LED) has to be disconnected from the battery. Computer in the handluggage. I allways carry my regs in the checked luggage, my diving bag has a protective shell and in addition i use a protective regulator bag...otherwise i would carry them in the handluggage too.
