I trained on these when I went to commercial diving school. The whole suit weighs 198lbs plus your own weight. Out of the water it is not easy to move around and climbing a ladder is damn near impossible unless you start the clime while you are still underwater and basically get a running start before you break the surface. Once you get used to it in the water you feel invincible.
