Depending on what kind of wrist seals if they are bottle neck seals do not cut and if they are done cut 1 ring at a time and try . You want them as tight as you can without stopping blood flow. Same with the neck seal. They will stretch a little so if you can wear it for a hour and see how it is. Just remember only cut 1 ring at a time then try it.
