You haven’t said where you’re goingi n Florida. If you’re diving here in the Panama City Beach area then you won’t need anything special. The water temperature at the moment is 78F and people are wearing shorties and rash guards (personally I’m in a 3/2 full wetsuit, but that is just me). Torches are either used for looking into the wrecks or for night diving (the viz at the moment is 40+ ft). No need for some form of search light!!
