From NORTHEAST: The drop off is black!!!!! Maybe a shadow? Hopefully not but now the question again is how do we get out to the drop off without silting everything up????
Not a shadow because I walked all sides of the pond but it’s closest to shore near the blue trail and there is even a culvert there to sit on, I have a blue tarp we could walk out on and step off the slope and hopefully not silt up the place to bad. That area between shore and the drop off is all old leaves and muck :(
Anyone got a queen size blow up mattress that we could float out on?
An other option would be to enter in the out flow but it didn’t look deep enough to swim and hope the current would take the silt out behind us. Maybe on a warmer day I’ll try wading in but with 50 degree water that’s going to be a short swim.
