i have dove in puerto rico a few times. i would HIGHLY suggest parguera wall. it is a fantastic wall dive. i would also suggest using parguera divers in lajas, puerto rico. a 2 tank boat dive runs 60 bucks and they supply breakfast and lunch. there is also a luminescent bay in puerto rico you should check out.
