Just went to Trinidad on a whim, and couldn’t get a ferry over to Tobago all week it was overbooked. Even those who did go, couldn’t get one back. Something about the boat system not being owned by the locals and by some other country or something. Due to dive restrictions and flying, I couldn’t catch a flight there for a dive either. People from Trinidad said it was cool to dive on Tobago tho. Good luck!
