I’m an advanced Monterey Bay diver and I’ve been dry too long, needing to do more than 2 dives a year, so am looking for dive buddies to take day trips to Monterey.

I have over 250 dives with most of those in the Monterey Bay. I am willing to do boat or shore dives and I know San Carlos Beach (Breakwater) particularly well. Monastery is my favorite dive site, although it’s limited to calmer conditions as I’ve gotten lazier through the years and prefer not to battle much more than knee-knocker waves for my entries. I am also very familiar with all the sites up to Coral Street. Most of the sites on the Carmel side, I’ve done by boat at one point in time or another.

I have also had the opportunity to dive in other parts of the world: Maldives, Bahamas, Bay Islands, Mexico (Puerto Vallarta, Cabo & Zihuatanejo), Florida, Seattle, the Channel Islands, Hawaii (Kauai & Kona) and Malta.
