Very good swimming, and great boat ramp. Good place to for the new diver and open-water certs. Not as monitored by the rangers as Mansfield Dam. They usually go home at 6pm on the weekdays, so you can get a free dive in then. If you live in the area, you must check it out at least once.

I went scuba diving here on 8/2/2019. Average viz: 16-20ft/5-6m. Water temp: 76-80°F/24-27°C.

A lot of things to find. Good viz between 40’ and surface. 20 ’ Vis

My son and I dove here for the first time today. We recovered a bunch of trash. Its not an area designed for divers...but you can get wet.
