Not a risk taker. No puddle too small to dive. Ex Merchant Seamen that still loves the Ocean.

With the rain, the vis probably not good for a New Year’s dive.

Point Pleasant RR bridge with my wife today at High tide. 10-15’ vis.
Good dive. Temp 64

After taking my old fishing buddy to my favorit Sea Bass spots. I got a quick dive in the back of Shark River, before the rain.
Vis 3 ft —-2 hours after high tide. Water temp 64 F.

Shark River dive today.
Did a low tide dive off the boat across from MaClearie Park.
5’ vis, 60 F water temp.
Plenty of Fluke none came up.
At least 4 or 5 keepers.
Another 10 real close to 18"
Ocean temp around 57 F

Hey Greg, I saw you trained with horse collar in 1981, any chance you were trained in military? I have a live aboard dive planned in May in Nassau, but until then I’m getting edgy to get int the water. I have some weekends coming up, any suggestions for a weekend dive?

Dennis, Next weekend high tide is around lunch, I would like to do a jetty dive or something. We try to dive every weekend. Merchant Marine.
