If you haven’t dove Fiji...DO IT! The crew from Loves Park Scuba has rented the entire resort again for a week in Feb 2009 and Mar 2010.

Have you ever seen someone attempt a decompression dive in a 3’ deep hotel pool? One of the ways to pass time while 30 divers wait out 6’ to 8’ waves in Belize.

I am so glad I dove Cozumel for the first time back in ’01! Things were different in ’07...hurricanes, they suck. Dove with Studio Blue for that week in ’07. Mostly uneventful, until the divemaster goofed up. Sharing air to complete a dive, not a good thing. Anytime 2 divers almost end up in the chamber, is only a good dive because no one did.

Cabo was a pretty decent time. Divemaster Christine w/Blue Adventures (Azul Adventuras) was great. Definitely dive with her, very sharp, very safe.

Beqa (benga) Lagoon Resort in Fiji. Can’t say enough good things about the place. Food was first rate, the bures were fabulous, sunsets incredible and so was the diving. The crew of the Tradition, Cap. Manoa, Aisea, Sunia and the divemasters Dix and Delana were amazing! If you are a fan of Magnum P.I., Mark, the man, that runs the resort will remind you of Higgins. P.S. - Don’t pet the lion fish! One of our group did and well he’ll never do that again. Always good to brush up on your hazardous marine life and diving first aid prior to hitting the water.

The Greek Isles, Australia, New Zealand, Red Sea, French Polynesia, and Truk Lagoon or any other place else that is warm is up next.
