I was first certified as an Advanced Open Water Diver as a kid in 1978 in New Bedford, Massachusetts through SSI. Since then, I have become an SSI Platinum Pro 5000 Diver. After I got out of the US Navy Seabees; I attended commercial diving school at Florida Institute Of Technology in Jensen Beach, Florida. I collect....and dive....the old copper and brass deep sea diving helmets and equipment, and I am very interested interested and involved in diving history. I have a dozen helmets, all professionally maintained and divable. My oldest is from around 1912, and my newest is early 1940’s. My gear....and I....are available for presentations, films, displays, etc. Life is an adventure!

Yeah....there are bold divers, and there are old divers. But there aren’t any old bold divers. Do not push your limits. Keep your head on straight at all times. Be considerate of your buddy and the marine life and environment. These are the best tips that I can give you. Perhaps you can make up some questions based on them.
